Title: Customer Satisfaction Assessment of Scientific Equipment Supplied by Paradise Scientific Co. in Bangladesh

Paradise Scientific Co., a leading supplier of scientific instruments and a research funding organization in Bangladesh, is pleased to announce a competitive research grant opportunity. This initiative aims to support high-quality research focused on assessing customer satisfaction with scientific equipment supplied across various institutions in Bangladesh.
Objective:
To evaluate the level of customer satisfaction, usability, performance, reliability, and after-sales service of scientific instruments provided by Paradise Scientific Co., and to identify areas for improvement.
Scope of Research:
Proposals may include, but are not limited to:
- User satisfaction surveys across universities, research institutes, and laboratories
- Performance evaluation of supplied instruments
- Assessment of maintenance and technical support services
- Comparative studies with similar equipment from other suppliers
- Recommendations for product and service enhancement
Eligibility Criteria:
- Faculty members, researchers, and professionals affiliated with recognized academic or research institutions in Bangladesh
- Collaborative proposals are encouraged
- Each project must have one Principal Investigator (PI) and may include Co-Investigators
Allowable Costs:
- Research-related expenses (data collection, analysis, field visits)
- Up to 30% of the total grant may be allocated for researcher fellowships
- Miscellaneous costs directly related to the project
Proposal Submission Requirements:
- Research proposal (max. 10 pages) including objectives, methodology, timeline, and expected outcomes
- Detailed budget breakdown
- Curriculum Vitae of PI and team members
Selection Criteria:
- Relevance to the research objective
- Methodological rigor and feasibility
- Potential impact and practical recommendations
- Research team’s expertise
Funding Support: Budget for the project BDT 1.50 Lac. (Initially, 50% of the grant will be disbursed, and the remaining 50% will be released upon submission of a satisfactory progress report. The grant shall be managed by the Principal Investigator (PI) through a separate bank account. Up to 30% of the grant may be used to provide fellowships for researchers).
Submission: Project proposals should be submitted both (i) online at paradisescientific@gmail.com and (ii) as signed hard copies to the Project Director, IRP. Four (04) hard copies of the proposal should be submitted to the office of the Paradise Scientific Co. (Mamun plaza Hatkhola Road, Shahid Nazrul Islam Sharak, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh. by 30-09-2026.
